The landmark re-discovered Rembrandt portrait of Jan Willemsz van der Pluym and Jaapgen Carels, both rare and intimate portrayals of relatives of the artist and the last known pair of portraits by Rembrandt to remain in private hands, are adjusted by Christies auction house staff in London. Both of Rembrandt's portraits are at auction 200 years after they were last seen at Christie's with an estimate of £5,000,000 - 8,000,000. ($6,300,000 - 10,000,000 USD).
