Yulia Navalnaya, widow of Kremlin opposition leader Alexei Navalny who died on Feb. 16 in a Russian prison, addresses the European Parliament in Strasbourg, eastern France. Navalny's funeral service will be held at a church in southern Moscow on March 1, 2024, allies of the politician said.
